Finding a nanny through websites, parents will have opportunity to choose more variety of nannies rather than other resources. As the result, parents will no longer get a headache with nanny agents where advanced payment is required and may not be refunded if nannies discontinue their jobs.

Please be advised that nannies in the online system can be found with or without work experience in childcare. Most information on the website is posted by applicants without pre-screening. Therefore, carefulness of information is recommended before making a decision. It is also suggested to study the tips for choosing a good nanny in order to get the most efficient nanny to look after your children.

Types of members

1. Ordinary members – you will be able to unlimited search candidates in our database within one month, unlimited sending email messages to applicants and free SMS sending to five interesting candidates through our system. Ordinary members can also access to limited chat rooms such as “nanny gossips,” “Chatting about your kids” or “Products to sell or buy.” Meanwhile, some chat rooms are restricted like “Personal consultants,” only allowed you to get in, but could not post messages and the chat room “Nanny agents in depth” is not permitted to access.
Ordinary membership fee is 400 Thai baht.

2. Silver members – you can search applicant information in our database with unlimited within six months, unlimited sending email messages to applicants and free SMS sending to 10 interesting candidates via our system. Other benefits include receiving free newsletters; tips to look after kids of various ages; vaccine schedule for your child and public activities news. Silver members also will be offered discounts from several shops, schools in each month.
Furthermore, most chat rooms are allowed to access, except “Personal consultants” room where can be only viewed but not for posting questions.
Silver membership fee is 600 Thai Baht.

3. Gold members – This type of membership will receive full privileges; unlimited searching candidates in one year time, unlimited sending email messages to applicants and free SMS sending to 20 interesting candidates. Included is obtaining free newsletters; tips to look after kids of various ages; vaccine schedule for your child, public activities news, discounts on products offered by variety of shops, schools each month. For chat rooms, gold members can fully access to all chat rooms, especially the “Personal consultants” where provide wide range of experts; pediatricians, childcare nurses, child development experts, and specialists in mother’s milk and nanny management to answer your questions posted on the website.
Gold membership fee is 800 Thai baht.

Start using the website

Find a nanny – When you search in this section, the system will ask you to select type of nannies that you are looking for such as a full-time live out nanny, a full-time live in nanny and a part-time nanny. As the result, the system will then show details of each candidate according to their application dates. Applicants who posted information earlier will be listed at the bottom while those applied later, will be put on the top of the list. You can use the cursor on the computer screen pointing to the right bar and scroll down for viewing each candidate. However, the contact telephone numbers of each candidate could not be viewed by non-members unless registration and the membership fee payment are made.

Advanced search – There are more qualifications of applicants for you to specify such as range of age, place of birth or highest educational level. Then, information of prospect candidates will be appeared on the screen. Please be also advised that if you have not registered as our member yet, you will not be able to see the applicant’s telephone number. Registration and membership fee payment must be arranged first.

Get an interesting candidate

After searching and picking up some interesting candidates, you may send an email message or SMS or give them a call for interview appointments. If the candidates live in countryside, but become very potential, you may offer them transportation expense to come for an interview with you. On the other hand, if you have enough time, conducting an interview in their hometown becomes a good chance to see their background too. In case you are satisfied with a candidate, but are unsure for their background, we have team staff to check their criminal records for you. The service charge is 600 Thai baht to receive the report within 3 weeks. Moreover, if you can finalise a candidate, but require them to have a medical check up for HIV, tuberculosis and hepatitis B, we have health examination contracts with some hospitals to offer special medical check up price of 1,200 Thai baht. Both criminal record check and medical examination must require a written consent signed by the candidates. Therefore, our staff will assist you to contact the successful candidates and the outcome will be sent to you via emails. Also, if you would like your nanny to gain child care expertise, they can attend a training course at Baan Dek Thai School, under the control of Ministry of Education. The school offers intensive child care course of 120 hours for two weeks. Promotional tuition fee is 2,000 Thai baht from the normal price 6,000 Thai baht.

Notes : During your membership validity, you may be contacted by applicants who found your family details that is interested to work with. Whenever you receive their contacts via emails, or telephones, you should verify
their information by getting their membership code and log into “Search a member” section on the website.

After hiring a right nanny

You are encouraged to continue using our website as your consultant for child care. In addition, you can meet and exchange information with different parents in our chat rooms. Other services are to download discounted coupons offered by a number of shops, schools, childcare centres. You are eligible to get these benefits as long as your membership is not expired.

For applicants

1. Normal application – there is no application fee.
Applications can be made immediately by completing the application forms. The system, however, will not download your online applications unless a copy of household registration and identity cards are submitted by applicants. It is to avoid using other people’s names on the applications. After receiving required documents by mail, applications will then be uploaded into our database for parents to search information and contact applicants accordingly.

On the other hand, you could also search for interesting families where you would like to work with by logging into “Search for a family” section, using both normal search and advanced search commands. When you find a right family, you can send an email message by clicking onto ‘send email’ icon. Then the system will automatically generate the emails to the target family. If they are interested to employ you, they will reply back to you shortly. Please be informed that you are not allowed to contact directly with a family. Instead you have to wait for the family contact you back after receiving emails from our system.

If you want to contact directly with the family either by telephones, SMS or emails, you need to change to special applications which 500 Thai baht fee will be charged. Details can be found in the next topic.

2. Special application – The fee is just 500 Thai baht

You are eligible for unlimited access and search family information in our database for one month. Moreover, you can view telephone contact numbers and email address of the families. It is different from the normal applications which cannot view the telephone contact numbers, but allows only email message sending and await the response from families. When one month duration is finished, you will be converted back to normal member type automatically.

Remarks : While your information is online in the system, you may receive replies from interested families via emails or SMS or telephones. It is suggested that you should ask for membership code of that family in order to view more details by putting membership code in “Search for a member” section.

Chat rooms for applicants
